Important Notes for Enrolling in Private Learning Center In-Person Courses
【 Course Notes 】
To respect the instructor's intellectual property rights, electronic copies of the course presentation will not be provided. Recording, live streaming, and any other acts infringing on intellectual property rights are prohibited. This course is unauthorized, and its content is protected by intellectual property rights. Copying, reproducing, reposting, recording, or publicly distributing the course content is strictly prohibited.

[ Course Changes ]
If a class cannot start as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, the school will notify the student in advance. If a natural disaster occurs on the day of the class, and the local government announces a day off or suspension of classes, the class will be cancelled and rescheduled according to law, and the school reserves the right to make changes.

[Course Notice]

We will contact students via email or phone three business days before the course starts to inform them of the class information. If you do not receive a notification, please call 02-2872 0911 .

Refund Policy

If the class cannot start as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, the school will notify the student in advance and refund all fees paid. Alternatively, students may reserve the option to choose another start date.

If you are unable to attend the course after completing registration and payment, please contact us. A refund will be processed according to the following procedures; late applications will not be accepted:

1. For those who formally request a refund from the date of completing the registration and payment until three days before the start of the class, a 10% administrative processing fee will be deducted, and the refund will be processed within seven working days.
2. If you are notified of a refund three days before the start of the course, the refund will be processed within seven working days after deducting a 30% administrative handling fee .
3. If the course is a single-course or package course, a 50% refund will be issued if the course duration is less than 1/3 of the total duration. No refund will be issued if the course duration is more than 1/3 of the total duration.
4. No refunds will be given once workshops and one-day courses have started.

[Consent to Authorize Use of Portrait Rights]
When the gallery space hosts events, it will take mobile behind-the-scenes photos to record the event. By booking a visit, attending an event, or participating in a course, you agree to authorize V.galleria to photograph, use, and publish the portraits of the participants (including photos and videos), and agree that V.galleria has full copyright to the aforementioned photographic works (including authorized portraits), and to publish and use them, as well as the rights granted to the copyright holder under copyright law.

【Course Changes】
If the school is unable to start the class as scheduled due to some reason or because the number of students is not reached, we will notify you in advance. If a natural disaster occurs on the day of the course, or the local government announces that there will be no work or classes, the course will be canceled and postponed to another date in accordance with the law. The school reserves the right to make changes.
[Course opening notice]

We will contact students by email or phone 3 working days before the class starts to inform them of the class information. If you have not received any notification, please call 02-2872 0911.

【Refund method】

If the school is unable to start the class as scheduled due to some reason or because the number of students is not reached, we will notify you in advance and refund the full amount of fees paid, or students can choose another start date.

If you are unable to attend the course after completing the registration and payment, please contact us. We will process a refund according to the following circumstances. No refund will be accepted after the deadline:

1. For those who formally request a refund between the date of registration and the day before the class, a refund will be made within seven working days after deducting a 10% administrative fee.
2. If you notify us of a refund within three days before the course starts, we will deduct a 30% administrative fee and refund the fee within seven working days.
3. If the course is a strip or package course, 50% of the fee will be refunded if the course has not exceeded 1/3 of the time. No refund will be accepted if the course has exceeded 1/3 (inclusive) of the time.
4. No refund will be accepted for workshops and one-day courses once the course has started.

【Agreement on authorization of portrait rights】
When the gallery space holds an event, there will be dynamic side-shot video records. By making an appointment to visit, attend an event, or participate in a course, you agree to authorize V.galleria to shoot, use, and publish the portraits of the participants (including photos and dynamic images), and agree that V.galleria has the full copyright of the above-mentioned photographic works (including authorized portraits), public publication and use, and the rights and interests granted to the author by the Copyright Law.
