【課程 注意事項】
為尊重講師智財權，恕不提供課程簡報電子檔，請勿錄影、直播，以及任何侵犯智慧財產權之行為。本課程非授權課程，課程內容亦受智慧財產權保護，恕請勿複製/重製/轉載/錄影或公開課程內容。

【課程 異動】
學堂因故或未達開課人數未能如期開班，將事先進行通知。課程當天如遇自然災害，當地政府宣布不上班或不上課，課程上課日將依法取消並擇期順延，學堂保有變更之權利。

【開課通知】

開課前3個工作天我們將以Email或是電話聯繫通知學員上課資訊。如未收到通知，請電洽 02-2872 0911 。

【退費辦法】

學堂因故或未達開課人數未能如期開班，將事先進行通知並全額退還已繳費用，或學員可保留另擇開課日期。

若您完成報名繳費後，因故無法參加課程，請主動與我們聯繫，將依下列情形辦理退費，逾期恕不受理：

1.自完成匯款報名日至上課日前三天正式提出退費者，將扣抵10%行政手續費後於七個工作天內進行退費。
2.開課日前三天內通知退費，將扣抵30%行政手續費後於七個工作天內進行退費。
3.若課程為帶狀或套課課程，自開課後進行時程未超過1/3時申請退費者退費50%；超過1/3(含)以上時程申請退費者，恕不受理退費。
4.工作坊及一日性課程，一經開課後恕不接受退費。

【肖像權授權使用同意】
藝廊空間遇有舉辦活動時皆有機動的側拍影像紀錄，預約參觀或參加出席活動，參加課程等，即代表同意授權 V.galleria 拍攝、使用、公開參加者之肖像(包含照片及動態影像)，並同意Ｖ.galleria 就上述攝影著作（內含授權之肖像）享有完整之著作權，公開發表使用，與著作權法賦予著作人所擁有之權益。

To respect the intellectual property rights of the lecturer, we will not provide electronic files of the course presentation. Please do not record, live broadcast, or engage in any other acts that infringe on intellectual property rights. This course is not an authorized course and the course content is protected by intellectual property rights. Please do not copy/reproduce/reprint/record or make the course content public.

【Course Changes】
If the school is unable to start the class as scheduled due to some reason or because the number of students is not reached, we will notify you in advance. If a natural disaster occurs on the day of the course, or the local government announces that there will be no work or classes, the course will be cancelled and postponed to another date in accordance with the law. The school reserves the right to make changes.
【Course opening notice】

We will contact students by email or phone 3 working days before the class starts to inform them of the class information. If you have not received any notification, please call 02-2872 0911.

【Refund method】

If the school is unable to start the class as scheduled due to some reason or because the number of students is not reached, we will notify you in advance and refund the full amount of fees paid, or students can choose another start date.

If you are unable to attend the course after completing the registration and payment, please contact us. We will process a refund according to the following circumstances. No refund will be accepted after the deadline:

1. For those who formally request a refund between the date of registration and the day before the class, a refund will be made within seven working days after deducting a 10% administrative fee.
2. If you notify us of a refund within three days before the course starts, we will deduct a 30% administrative fee and refund the fee within seven working days.
3. If the course is a strip or package course, 50% of the fee will be refunded if the course has not exceeded 1/3 of the time. No refund will be accepted if the course has exceeded 1/3 (inclusive) of the time.
4. No refund will be accepted for workshops and one-day courses once the course has started.

【Agreement on authorization of portrait rights】
When the gallery space holds an event, there will be dynamic side-shot video records. By making an appointment to visit, attend an event, or participate in a course, you agree to authorize V.galleria to shoot, use, and publish the portraits of the participants (including photos and dynamic images), and agree that V.galleria has the full copyright of the above-mentioned photographic works (including authorized portraits), public publication and use, and the rights and interests granted to the author by the Copyright Law.
